Hip-Hop

Join us for an explosive, funky dance style that combines memory, coordination, choreography, and loads of energetic fun. Come learn age-appropriate choreography to great hip hop music.

Uniform: Black or white top, black pants, clean indoor running shoes.

Jazz / Street Jazz

An energetic warm-up, followed by stretching and combinations across the floor, as well as fast-paced, technical, and fun choreography! Jazz can be seen everywhere from music videos to hit broadway shows. Jazz emphasizes style, technique, expression and sharp, strong movements. 

Uniform: Black or white tank top, black leggings, black jazz shoes.

Lyrical / Contemporary

Lyrical dance challenges dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion. This is a very passionate and emotional dance style, one that conveys meaning and tells a story through every movement made.

Uniform: Black or white tank top, black lyrical shorts, half-soles.

Ballet

Your children will have fun while learning grace, poise, and confidence, while exploring classical ballet techniques. As of age 8, the ballet program at Elite requires a compulsory 2 hours per week.

Uniform: Light blue tank leotard, pink ballet tights, pink ballet slippers.

Acro

The focus of this dance class is on acrobatic skills. Students will learn floor tricks like rolls, cartwheels, walkovers and more, while developing strength, coordination, and flexibility. Students will take all the skills they learn throughout the year and combine them into a stunning choreography for the show. 

Uniform: Black or white tank top, black leggings, half-soles.
