Our high-energy hip hop dance class uses the latest music to make the classes energetic and fun! Each class consists of warm-up, stretching, and choreography. Come join this very popular dance class and get sweaty with us!

This unique class for adults only combines two of our most popular technical styles. Dancers will learn the basics of both lyrical and jazz techniques. Classes will consist of warm-ups, stretching, across the floor work, centre work, and choreography in both styles.
