This information, including any sensitive information such as medical or allergy information, is collected and hosted directly by the Studio Pro platform and is not stored on Elite Dance Academy’s systems. When we access this information for class and activity management, we treat it confidentially and only for the purposes for which it was provided. Sensitive information is only collected with the express consent of the person concerned or, in the case of a minor, their parent or guardian.
PERSONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING MINORS
Elite Dance Academy offers classes and activities for children and teenagers. We place particular importance on protecting the personal information of minors.
In accordance with Law 25, any personal information concerning a child under 14 years of age is collected and used only with the consent of the parent or the person having parental authority. Parents or guardians fill out the forms, proceed with registrations, and provide information concerning their child.
We invite children not to send us personal information without the permission of their parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may, at any time, request access to information concerning their child, its correction, or its deletion by contacting our Privacy Officer at directors@academiededanseelite.com.
Information concerning minor dancers collected through the external registration portal (Studio Pro) is provided by the parent or guardian and is subject to that provider’s privacy policy.
